Carcass to Finishes
Taking a building from bare carcass to handover-ready finishes with EN-GRAZID: inspections, trade coordination, tiling and daily reporting.
This build came to me at carcass level: walls up, roof on, nothing else. My job was to carry it through finishing without losing the quality that had gone in underneath.
Day to day that meant inspecting each trade before the next one covered it, sorting out technical issues with contractors on the spot, keeping suppliers on schedule, and writing the daily reports that kept the project manager ahead of problems.
Finishing is where clients judge a building, so I held tiling, screeds and fixings to the same standard as the structure.
